4Mile OCR & 10K Trail

4 Mile OCR

The ~4mile OCR course will start at the Brady's Run Ice Rink and be kept on the south side of the park, going through the pavilion areas, by the lake, up the service road and then back down to the ice rink. Around 17 unique obstacles along the course.

As of now, we've got this Strava created map that gives some insight into the trail route and obstacles you can expect.

10K Trail Race

The 10K trail race kicks off Saturday morning. And if you haven't learned about this yet, get ready, you're in for a big surprise.

All 10K participants get the medal and snacks,drinks,etc.

But if you're eager for a top 10 or podium spot, you'll be going out again!?!?

That's right. The top finishers in the first round will have a chance to go out for Round 2 and compete for the Top Podium spots with PRIZES!!!
